Classes are designed for people who have a general level of health and wellbeing. If you have any minor ailments, injuries or you are pregnant , please tell the teacher any important information. You will be asked to complete a short wellbeing form. Classes are suitable for a range of levels from beginner to experienced and lots of options will be given to support and challenge you. Remember, It's your body and your class so - take it at your own pace.

​Bring some water, any  props or blankets you would like for comfort and  yourself! 😊

You are encouraged to bring your own mat, but we do have some for borrowing.

Wear cool  comfortable clothing and bring something warm for the relaxation sessions. Yoga and Pilates are bare foot classes. Sticky socks can be  worn.
